The Beginning
From Israel to Paris to Long Island
Tomy began his journey training in Israel under master stylists who taught him that hair is living tissue — not a surface to be coated. He studied in Paris, where he developed his philosophy: restore the hair's natural lipid structure first, and everything else follows.
He brought this philosophy to Long Island, founding Tomy B. Salon in Williston Park, NY. Over 20 years of working with clients suffering from chemotherapy damage, chemical over-processing, heat damage, and hereditary thinning, he refined one treatment above all others: lipid restoration therapy.
The Formula

As a master stylist with a focus on hair science, Tomy developed Lipid Complex the same way a pharmacist would develop a treatment: starting with efficacy, identifying the exact actives that restore the hair shaft's lipid layer, and building the formula around them.
The result is a two-phase system. Phase 1 opens the cuticle and clears the path. Phase 2 floods the hair shaft with pharmaceutical-grade lipids and seals the cuticle flat — the same sequence Tomy has used at his salon for 20 years.
