Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Our Subscription Plans

• Monthly Subscription — $133/mo: One kit every month. Save 5% vs. one-time. Free shipping. Cancel anytime.
• Prepay 3 Months — $378 ($126/mo): Pay once, 3 monthly deliveries. Save 10%. Free shipping on all deliveries.
• Prepay 6 Months — $756 ($126/mo): Pay once, 6 monthly deliveries. Save 10%. Best for consistent results.
• Prepay 12 Months — $1,344 ($112/mo): Pay once, 12 monthly deliveries. Save 20%. Maximum savings.
• One-Time Purchase — $140: No subscription. Order whenever you like.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew, you can cancel at any time. To cancel or change your subscription, visit your account page — your order confirmation emails also contain a direct link to manage your subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

From your account page you can:

• Cancel anytime before your next billing date — no fees, no penalties
• Skip a month when you don't need a delivery
• Pause your subscription for up to 3 months
• Update your shipping address or payment method
• Switch between plans

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled — but you can request a full or partial refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Billing

Your subscription is billed automatically on the same date each cycle. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each charge. If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days before pausing your subscription.

Price Lock Guarantee

Your subscription price is locked at the rate you signed up at. If we ever adjust subscription pricing, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before any change affects your plan.
