Shipping Policy

Free Shipping
All orders ship free within the United States. No minimum purchase required. This applies to one-time purchases, monthly subscriptions, and prepaid plans.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Subscription orders are processed automatically on your billing date each month.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Shipping Carrier
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class. Tracking information is emailed to you once your order ships.
Subscription Deliveries
Monthly subscription orders ship automatically each billing cycle. You can adjust your delivery schedule, skip a month, or cancel anytime from your account page — no fees, no penalties.
Prepay 3-month plans ship all three treatments upfront in a single delivery.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@lipidcomplex.com.
P.O. Box Delivery
We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@lipidcomplex.com or call 516-210-2102 and we will resolve it promptly.
