Step 1 — Shampoo: Wash with Tomy B. Hydration Shampoo. Sulfate-free, pH 6 formula gently cleanses and perfectly preps the cuticle for treatment. Shampoo only — no conditioner that day.

Step 2 — Phase 1 (Cleanse & Prep): Pour Phase 1 from the corner of the sachet onto wet lengths. Leave on for 10 minutes. Do not rinse.

Step 3 — Phase 2 (Restore & Seal): Phase 2 is a cream: apply it over Phase 1 like a conditioner and comb through. Leave on 10 more minutes, then rinse once.
